Glass Mosaics with Instructor Fran CarlinApril 17-19
Spend a wonderful week-end with Fran Carlin in her art studio in Eureka Springs creating mosaics. Last year the students created mosaic frames (see picture above). This year - next week-end - students will create a contemporary mirror frame in the style of an ancient Turkish mosaic. Brilliant colors of mirrored glass will unfold into beautiful pieces of art that you will take home. Students loved the class last year... and Fran is such a wonderful instructor.

John Willer is back again! He is one of Eureka's best and teaches what he loves... painting! This class is held at ESSA campus in the large studio overlooking a beautiful landscape. You will create paintings from a figure (live model), landscape, or still life. Come create and have fun - we want to start our season with a bang!

Making Spindles and Spinning Tools
April 17 - 19
This class is perfect for the hand spinner and beginner spinner. ESSA has a wonderful Fiber Arts program and this is the first time we've offered a class that actually makes spinning tools so you can go home and spin, spin, spin! Don't you love the colorful spindles in the picture - pieces of art themselves.
